What a rough year it has been. Covid-19 rocked the entire world and I can’t emphasize how much it has affected the BOOTHYPE team here in Singapore. Workplaces got shuttered down and so were the fields we enjoyed our football on. Our bi-weekly rituals on the pitch where we took time to unplug from our lives were taken so abruptly that it took us by surprise.
It hit me doubly hard as my other business got badly hit – affecting a huge chunk of my personal income. It wasn’t always easy keeping BOOTHYPE alive through 2020 but writing for you have kept me sane during this difficult time.
