Best Home Kits of 2019/20

Home kits that will rock the upcoming season.

Here at BOOTHYPE, we look our kits. We’re kit collectors and we’ve been lucky to have access to the coolest shirts each season. As we draw closer to the start of 2019/20, we highlight some of our favourites starting with a seasonal staple – the home kit.

FYI, you can get your jersey, football boot and fan merchandise fix at 10% off at Premier Football with our voucher code, “BOOTHYPE10”.

Arsenal

After years of being kitted out by Puma, many Arsenal fans were sick of the designs produced by the big cat. The return to adidas was a welcome move and fans went delirious when the campaign video, featuring Ian Wright, leaked a few days prior to the announcement.

The kit was of course, as Kolasinac claimed in the video, “flames”. adidas kept the kit simple but it was the fine detailing around the sleeve and the v-neck collar that helped the kit stand out. It’s modern with subtle echoes of the 80s. A must-have for every Gooner. Click here to get your Arsenal kits.

Inter Milan

Manufacturers don’t usually have a lot of room for creative freedom with home kits but the geniuses at Nike have done it again – this time with Inter. The slanted stripes around the chest are lovely and the white V-shaped area around the neck gives the kit an exquisite look that can rival most designs this season.

Liverpool

Speaking of classic designs, Liverpool’s home kit is one of our favourites. The subtle lines gives the jersey a classic old school feel while the sleek silhouette brings with it modern flair. I love me a round neck collar design and Liverpool fans will look good chasing the dream of their first league title in years.

Our friends at Premier Football also carry a European champions edition of the home kit so do check them out here.

Real Madrid

“Real Madrid” translates to “Royal Madrid” in English and their kit oozes class and is fit for the kings of European football. adidas has gone for the standard white base but has enhanced it with gold trims to make this one of the stand-out tops available.

Zidane is looking to bring back the glory days to Madrid and his team are already looking like champions. Click here to get the Real Madrid jersey.

AC Milan

Sometimes the simplest of designs are just what you need. Puma’s rendition of the AC Milan 2019/20 home kit is elegant and harks back to the glorious 70s with thin black and red stripes. It’s a kit that deserves to be seen in European competition, just like the great teams of yesteryear. Click here to get your AC Milan jersey.

AS Roma

AS Roma 2019/20 Home

Nike brought their A-game when coming up with this masterpiece for the Roman club. The classic Giallorossi design is lit up with lightning bolts across the collar and the sleeve. How cool is that? Get your AS Roma top here.

Manchester United

Last but not least, it’s Premier League giants – Manchester United. This year’s home kit harks back to 20 years ago when Solskjaer and co. defied the odds to win the historic treble. Noted on both sleeves are nods to last gasp goals that helped the Red Devils clinch the Champions league while the badge gets a fantastic treatment of black and gold that makes this one of the best United jerseys in years.
