Clean as can be. But is it too clean?
We’ve seen clean kits. And then we have CLEAN kits. It seems, according to our sources, Nike’s design for Tottenham Hotspur’s home kit for the 2021/22 season is so clean that it is bereft of any graphics or details outside of the respective Nike, club and sponsor logos.
Nike is usually very deft at selling a story behind a design and I’d like to hear what inspired them to go with just a plain white look on both the front and the back. Quite possibly, the shorts would feature more details and to offset the spotless white top. What’s the story here, Nike?
Spurs fans, we’d love to hear from you. Is this something you’d buy for yourself? Does it need a little more oomph to make it pop? Or is this the clean, white kit you’ve been dreaming of all your life? Let us know in the comments below.
